The mySQL database is hosted on our Cloud hosting. Kindly take the credentials of the hosting provider from the ICT department.
Most of the Interactive data like business-related data, policy related info are fetched from Oracle Database via various APIs. Make sure you get the API documentation from the ICT department. And fully understand the documentation part by part.
Make sure the myprotectivebd.com domain is up for the API. Also if the on-premise database is down then the Data fetched from ORDB API won't be able to display on the website.
