Create/ View/ Edit/ Delete Forms

Form Categories

You can view the list of existing Form Categories. To add a new form Category Click/tap on the Add Form Category

You can easily Edit / Delete from the Action buttons on the right side.

Select a Category First [If you can't a suitable category, Create a Category beforehand]
Enter a suitable Title that will show up on the Public Website.
Write a short Description of the Form
Upload the Document by clicking the browse button. PDF is preferred as document.
Keep the Status as Active. You can un-publish the Gallery Item by changing the status to Inactive so it'll be kept as draft on the Database.
